Getting here
3Sheets is on the Sorrento Quay boardwalk at Hillarys Boat Harbour, surrounded by the marina, shops and the beach. There's plenty of parking in the harbour car parks, and we're an easy walk from the foreshore. We keep about 40% of the venue for walk-ins, so you're welcome to come on in, but for a guaranteed table, especially for a group, book ahead.

Booking a group
We keep about 40% of the venue for walk-ins, but for larger tables we strongly recommend booking ahead to guarantee your spot.
For bookings of 13 guests or more, we take credit card details to secure your reservation. This is not a deposit and nothing is charged at the time of booking; it's a pre-authorisation of $10 per person. In the event of a no-show, or a significant drop in guest numbers without notice, a $10 fee per absent guest may be charged to the card provided.
Cakes & decorations
- Bringing a cake? Go for it, with no cakeage fee. We just ask that you skip the ice-cream cakes.
- Table decorations are welcome too: free-standing decorations only, no confetti, and brought in at the time of your booking.
Running late or need to cancel
- If you're running late, please give us a call and we'll do our best to hold your table. We may release it 15 minutes past your booking time if we haven't heard from you.
- For cancellations, we ask for at least 12 hours' notice by phone or email.

Our policies
- A 1.5% processing fee applies to all card payments.
- A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays, and specials aren't available those days.
- You're welcome to bring your own cake with no cakeage fee (we just ask, no ice-cream cakes).
